REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment At Dumbdollars, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at radromes23@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at radromes23@icloud.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at radromes23@icloud.com.
